What if a scan fails?
Contact support in-app immediately. We'll guide you through manual verification and ensure you get paid. No payment disputes on our platform.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds process in under 5 minutes to your registered MTN Mobile Money number. This is handled through MTN's instant transfer system.
What if my MTN number changes?
Simply update your profile in app settings under Payment Method. All future payments will go to your new number. Previous payments to your old number will not be affected.
How secure are the scan codes?
Scan codes are uniquely generated, encrypted, and time-limited. Each code can only be used once for its intended delivery. After use, the code expires immediately.
Do you charge commission on payments?
No commission on transactions. Retailers and runners keep 100% of their earnings. MTN mobile money transfer charges apply per MTN's standard rates.
Can I use Airtel Money or other payment methods?
Currently, Dlow is optimized for MTN Mobile Money only. This ensures reliable, instant payouts for all parties. We're exploring other payment options for the future.
What happens if delivery is delayed?
For customers: You can self-refund with one tap. For runners/retailers: If you picked up the order, you get paid for your effort through partial escrow release. Fairness is built-in.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and comply with all privacy regulations. Your MTN number is never shared with third parties. Only Dlow and MTN have access to payment information.
What's the minimum amount I can transfer?
Minimum payment is typically 500 UGX for any transaction. Maximum depends on your MTN Mobile Money account limits, which you can check with MTN directly.
